At ZHOME, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our simple and transparent policy below:


Return Policy

  • Valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • A clear uncut unboxing video is mandatory for claims of damaged, missing, or wrong items.

  • Items must be unused, with original tags & packaging intact.

  • Returns without tags or video proof will not be accepted.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at support@zhome.in with the unboxing video.


Important Information

  • Return/Exchange shipping is to be arranged by the customer.

  • A partial fee of ₹200 will be applied towards courier & handling.

  • Refunds/Exchanges are processed within 3–7 business days, only for products that are out of stock, damaged, missing, or wrongly delivered (subject to company approval).

  • Refunds for COD / Pay After Delivery orders will be credited to your ZHOME Wallet for easy use on your next purchase (cash withdrawal available on request).

Return & Refund Policy

  • For Buy Now Pay Later, Simpl EMI, and COD with proof, there is a strict No Return / No Exchange policy. Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in case of major issues.

  • For Pay After Delivery (COD Proof) returns, ₹200 will be deducted towards courier & handling charges.

  • If your order was placed via COD or Pay After Delivery, any refund amount will be credited to your ZHOME Wallet. This balance can be redeemed on your next order from our website.

  • Partial COD amounts (₹200) are strictly non-refundable.

  • Additional service charges may apply.


Processing Timelines

  • All approved exchanges and replacements will be processed and delivered within 15 business days.

  • If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your account within 7–10 business days.
