🔄 ZHOME Return & Exchange Policy

At ZHOME, your satisfaction is our priority. We keep our return & exchange policy simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.


✅ Return Policy

  • Valid for 7 days from delivery date.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for claims of damaged, missing, or wrong items.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags & packaging intact.

  • Products priced ₹500 or below are not eligible for Return/Refund.

  • Gift cards, clearance sale, and personalized products are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Email your request with the unboxing video to: support@zhome.in.

  • Exchanges will be processed only for damaged, missing, or wrongly delivered items (subject to approval).


💰 Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to your original payment method (bank/UPI/card).
    👉 If you choose a ZHOME Wallet refund, you’ll also earn +50 Bonus Coins as a reward.

  • COD Orders: Your refund will be added to your ZHOME Wallet. If you need some amount transferred back to your original payment method, simply request a withdrawal.

  • Partial COD amount (₹200) is strictly non-refundable.

  • ₹199 handling/courier fee applies on returns & COD refunds.

  • ₹199 will be deducted from any refund, return, or RTO if you choose Pay on Delivery (Prepaid Proof Order).


📌 Important Information

  • Customers need to arrange return shipping themselves.

  • If ZHOME arranges the return shipping, a nominal charge of ₹100 will be applicable to the customer.

  • Clearance Sale items: No Return / No Exchange, except for damage or defect from our side.

  • Refunds/Exchanges are processed only after approval by ZHOME.


⏳ Processing Timelines

  • Refund/Exchange approvals are notified via email.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days (10–15 days in some cases).

  • Exchanges/Replacements are delivered within 15 business days.
