🔁 Return & Exchange Policy (ZHome)

We offer a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.


✅ Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim

🔄 Exchanges (Only, No Return)

  • We offer exchange only (no return) for size issues or wrong product selection
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • Customers may need to pay a small shipping fee for exchange

❌ Returns (Only for Damaged/Wrong Product)

Returns are only accepted if:

  • Product is damaged / defective / wrong item delivered

📌 Conditions:

  • Unboxing video is compulsory (no video = no claim)
  • Issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery

💳 15-Day Store Credit Policy

  • We also offer a 15-day return option in the form of store credit only
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
  • Store credit will be issued after quality check approval
  • Store credit is non-refundable and valid for future purchases only

💸 Refund Policy (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are processed only in case of damaged/wrong product (if replacement not possible)
  • A ₹199 courier charge will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items without unboxing video proof
  • Sale items / discounted products
